If no meaningful opportunities are found, there is no cost. If opportunities are found, you decide whether and how you want to proceed. Many clients tell us this conversation alone provides clarity they haven’t had before.

How We Price Our Work

We price our work the same way we approach improvement: deliberately, transparently, and in proportion to the value created.

  • We do not sell pre‑packaged programs or generic consulting services.

  • We also do not quote pricing before understanding the situation.
